General Rental Requirements

How old do I need to be to rent a jet ski?

You must be at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued ID and a credit card to rent a jet ski.

Is a damage deposit required?

Yes, a $1,000 damage deposit hold will be placed on your credit card at the time of rental. This hold will be released after the jet ski is returned, inspected, and found to be free of any damage.

Usage Rules & Restrictions

Can I beach the jet ski on the sand?

No! Beaching the watercraft on the sand is strictly prohibited as it causes damage to the hull and intake system. Please use docks or designated tie-up areas.

Are there age restrictions for passengers?

Passengers of any age are allowed, but minors must wear a life jacket at all times. A parent or guardian must accompany anyone under 18.

Is prior jet ski experience required?

No! prior experience is necessary. We provide a full safety and operations briefing before you head out.

Safety & Equipment

Are life jackets provided?

Yes, life jackets are provided for all riders and are required by law to be worn while operating the watercraft.

What safety measures are in place?

We provide a safety orientation before each rental and ensure all equipment meets state and federal safety regulations.

Is insurance included?

Basic liability coverage is included. However, renters are responsible for any damage to the watercraft. Optional damage waivers may be available – ask at booking.

Booking & Cancellations

How can I make a reservation?

You can book online, by phone, or in person. Advance reservations are highly recommended, especially during weekends and holidays.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

What if the weather is bad?

If unsafe weather conditions prevent you from riding, we will reschedule your rental or provide a full refund.
